thedigitalwelcome.com is the front door of The Digital Welcome, a website studio based in Hawaiʻi. The information here describes our services and published pricing. Using this site doesn’t create a client relationship — a signed proposal or invoice does.

The free report card

The website report card is a free, good-faith review based on publicly available information about your site. It’s informational, not a professional audit, and acting on it is your call. Requesting one creates no obligation for you or us.

Pricing and guarantees

The prices published on this site are real, and the guarantees we advertise — the flat build price and the 90+ PageSpeed guarantee — apply as described in your project agreement, which is the document that governs any engagement. If this site and your agreement ever say different things, the agreement wins.

Your stuff stays yours

Websites we build for clients belong to those clients on the terms in their agreement — domain, design, content, and code. The content of this site (our words, design, and artwork) belongs to The Digital Welcome; please don’t copy it wholesale.

Third parties

This site links to and loads resources from third-party services (for example, photos from Unsplash and delivery via Cloudflare). We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

The unavoidable legal paragraph

This site is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be either, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we aren’t liable for damages arising from your use of the site itself. Nothing here limits the commitments we make to clients in a signed agreement, and nothing here limits rights the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi, USA, and any dispute about this website belongs in the courts of Hawaiʻi.
